Welcome to Fort Street Public School.
Our school is uniquely positioned at the top of Observatory Hill, surrounded by the natural beauty and rich history of Millers Point and the iconic Rocks. This remarkable setting provides our students with a wealth of authentic learning opportunities within our local area and across the wider city. Fort Street Public School is a proud, co-educational community of around 300 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. We are enriched by the cultural diversity of our families and the strong value our community places on education. We embrace the opportunities that diversity brings and remain steadfast in our commitment to excellence in all fields. At the FSPS School, we maintain high expectations for academic achievement while ensuring our teaching practices reflect the very best of contemporary pedagogy. In every classroom, you will find:
