NSW Premier's Reading Challenge
Fort Street Public School encourages all students to participate in the NSW Premier's Reading Challenge every year. The Challenge aims to encourage a love of reading for leisure and pleasure in students, and to enable them to experience quality literature. It is not a competition, but rather a personal challenge for each student to read, to read more, and to read more widely.
The Teacher Librarian at Fort Street assists students to participate in this challenge each year, stay on track and record their reading each week.
